Shay Slifko, MA, is a PhD student at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She will complete her research Investigating Intimate Partner Violence and Impediments to HIV Antiretroviral Treatment Adherence among HIV-Positive Pregnant Women in South Africa at Wits Health Consortium under the mentorship of Drs. Abigail Hatcher, Mai Do, and Nataly Woollett.
