Title: Cost-effectiveness of R-CHOP chemotherapy for diffuse large B cell lymphoma in Malawi

Program Objectives:

Aim 1: To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with R-CHOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone) in HIV-infected and HIV-uninfected patients in Malawi in the context of an ongoing clinical trial.

Aim 2: To compare cost-effectiveness metrics for R-CHOP to other accepted health interventions in sub-Saharan Africa, such as antiretroviral therapy (ART) for HIV.
