Title: Assessment Correspondence of Solid Fuel Use Questions with Particulate Matter Levels in Uganda

Program Objectives:

Aim 1: To quantify PM2.5 levels in Ugandan households with children aged < 5 years.

Aim 2a: To determine associations of solid fuel questions from the Uganda Demographic and Health Surveys with objectively measured PM2.5 levels from: (1) adult personal exposure; and (2) children’s sleeping spaces.

Aim 2b: To assess correlations between PM2.5 levels of adults with those of children’s sleeping spaces.
