He coordinates and supervises all activities of the ICT department that include setting up and maintaining the Project’s network. Among others, this role comprises: monitoring internet and network connections and related software and hardware resources to ensure uninterrupted information flow and efficient resource utilization through usage and traffic control management, maintaining ICT systems security (endpoint protection, encryption, authentication, authorization, password policy, user awareness), backup and restoration, general premises security using IP security cameras, and telephone communication through VoIP phones.
With more than 15 years’ experience with the Project, Osman motivates, mobilizes and coaches fellow ICT members to meet high performance standards.
