About
We often collaborate with clinical scientists who work in international settings to study samples provided by people with HIV. We typically sequence viral RNA and/or DNA to study replicating viral populations or latent viral populations. This work covers topics in drug resistance, recency of infection, viral evolution, and the formation of latency.
