Dr. Paula Carballo Jimenez is a medical doctor and graduate student in public health and management at UPCH. She will complete her research project “Overcoming the Mental Health and Economic Aspects of Tuberculosis and HIV” at the University Privada Boliviana, in Bolivia, under the mentorship of Drs. Richard Oberhelman and Carlton Evans.
