Title: Feasibility of Conducting a Partially Randomized Patient Preference Trial Assessing Risks of Planned Caesarean Section versus Planned Vaginal Birth in Argentina.

Project Objectives:

Hypothesis: We hypothesize that a small but sufficient proportion of pregnant women and obstetricians will accept the idea of a partially randomized patient preference (PRPP) trial of planned Cesarean section (CS) versus planned vaginal delivery (VD). We believe that pregnant women and providers will provide valuable insight into the acceptability of such a trial, which will aid in the planning of a future work.

Aim 1: The aim of this study is to explore pregnant women’s and health providers’ opinions of participating in a trial of planned CS versus planned VD in Argentina.
