Madeline Helwig, MSc, is a postdoctoral fellow at Virginia Commonwealth University. She will complete her research project “Nutritional Status and Post-Tuberculosis Lung Disease” at Makerere University, Uganda, under the mentorship of Drs. Peter Jackson, William Checkley, and Bruce Kirenga.
