Title: Impact of Genetic Polymorphisms in Pattern Recognition Receptors (PRRs) on Human Susceptibility to Penicilliosis in AIDS Patients

Project Objectives:

Aim 1: Characterize the prevalence of single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs) within TLRs and CLRs potentially associated with host susceptibility to penicilliosis in AIDS patients in Guangdong, China.

Aim 2: Determine the association of genetic polymorphisms of TLRs and CLRs with penicilliosis diagnosis in AIDS patients.
