Title: Geography-based Strategy for Injury Prevention in Lilongwe, Malawi

Project Objectives: To use geomapping to define specific injury hot zones within the city of Lilongwe, identify and evaluate existing injury prevention strategies and their geographic correlation with these injury hot zones, evaluate the effectiveness of these injury prevention strategies, and propose a system of hot zone identification and targeted injury prevention campaigns rooted in a hospital-based injury surveillance system.
