Title: “Desire of treatment switching to dolutegravir-based regimens in women with HIV of reproductive age in Johannesburg, South Africa”

Program Objectives:

Aim 1. To evaluate the impact patient demographics, knowledge about dolutegravir (DTG), including the association between DTG and neural tube defects (NTD), reproductive intentions, and access to contraception have on the decision not to switch to DTG amongst women with HIV of reproductive age on EFV-based therapy.

Aim 2. To compare women with HIV of reproductive age who have switched to DTG-based regimens versus women who have not switched regimens, with regards to retention in care, viral suppression rates, and whether they have remained on their ART regimen.
