Dr. Aghakhanian is a postdoctoral fellow in IGHID. He was previously appointed on the ID Pathogenesis T32, and will be completing his research project Treponema pallidum subsp. pallidum genomic epidemiology in low and middle income countries under the mentorship of Dr. Jonathan Parr.
