About
Dr. Dittmer is committed to maintaining an inclusive and supportive research environment. As part of this commitment, he serves as the team lead for global oncology for the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center and supports research training and infrastructure in low and middle-income countries worldwide. These endeavors taught him unique scientific and technical expertise but, equally important, prepared me for long-term project management, budget development, and multi-investigator collaborative enterprises in diverse communities worldwide.
