Title: Assessing the acceptability, feasibility, and validity of point-of-care early infant diagnosis using GeneXpert Omni for qualitative HIV testing

Project Objectives:  To evaluate the acceptability of POC platforms with patient’s families and healthcare workers, time-in-motion studies and Value Stream Mapping will evaluate the feasibility of these two POC platforms as compared to Roche/Cobas, the current standard platform, and the results of the GeneXpert Omni will be compared to the Roche/Cobas to evaluate the clinical performance of the Omni platform
