Title: Enhancing HIV testing and syphilis partner notification services with dual point-of-care HIV-syphilis testing among men who have sex with men in China

Project Objectives:  Enhanced HIV and syphilis PS with the use of point-of- care (POC) HIV-syphilis dual testing among sexual partners of MSM with syphilis will improve identification of new HIV and syphilis infections at the Guangdong Provincial Center for Skin Diseases and STIs Control in Guangzhou, China.

Aim 1: To develop a pilot PS program with provider-engaged partner notification and use of POC HIV-syphilis dual testing.

Aim 2: to evaluate prior HIV and syphilis testing rates and current uptake among MSM.
