The Scholarly Concentration Program in Global Health  is a competitive longitudinal cohort program.  The purpose of the Global Health Scholarly Concentration is to train globally-minded physicians in the practice, research, and study of health and its determinants. Our goal is to prepare students with the knowledge and understanding to improve health worldwide through robust integration of global health education throughout their undergraduate medical training, and to provide students the resources to attain competencies in global health practice. provides funding to support the career and leadership development of residents with a strong interest in global health. OGHE SCP in Global Health students are enrolled in a structured program supported through a partnership of the OGHE along with Global Health faculty mentors.
