Qualitative Analytical Unit | UNC Project-Malawi

The goal of the UNC Project qualitative Analytical Unit is to provide qualitative technical support to all qualitative study teams at UNC project to ensure quality implementation of the study activities. Its objectives include:

To work with the study management in recruitment of the qualitative staff who are qualified to conduct specific study activities.
To provide trainings (i.e both initial and refreshers) to all individuals involved in the implementation of the qualitative studies.
To monitor the quality of the qualitative data collected within the project through quality assurance and quality control
To work in liaison with the study management in dissemination of qualitative study results i.e. through manuscript writing and presentations.

The qualitative Analytical Unit supports all UNC personnel intended to conduct qualitative research studies within UNC project from protocol design, data collection, analysis and dissemination of results. Led by Drs. Agatha Bula and Chifundo Zimba, the unit supports investigators, students, and scholars with their qualitative studies.
