Main Duties/Responsibilities

Conduct Informed consent process; ensuring that participants are given detailed information about the study before the commencement of any study procedures
Ensure the collection of accurate and legible data
Carefully complete and maintain all Research forms
Ensure that all other study activities are performed in line with ‘Good Clinical Practices

Qualification, Skills and Experience

Minimum Diploma in Statistics, Social Sciences or Public Health from an accredited institution
One-year experience in data collection and entry.
Prior experience in using android tablets for data collection in health surveys will be an asset.
Experience in conducting focus group discussions and individual interviews using a questionnaire
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work in a team and be able to handle multiple tasks with pressing deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written English and Chichewa

Contract Duration: 8 months

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Provide Friendship Bench problem-solving therapy to participants enrolled in the study
Make relevant and appropriate referrals of clients to rightful medical experts as needed
Ensure the collection of accurate and legible data
Carefully complete and maintain all Research forms
Ensure that all other study activities are performed in line with ‘Good Clinical Practices

Qualification and Experience

Diploma in counseling services, those with psychosocial counseling skills have an added advantage.
Behavioral health or social work training
At least one year in providing counseling services.
