PAUSE Seminar: The One Health Threat of AMR
March 28 @ 9:15 am - 10:00 am

Melinda Pettigrew, PhD, is Dean of the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Her research focuses on the epidemiology of respiratory tract infections, the microbiome, and the One Health threat of antibiotic resistance. The bacterial pathogens that she studies asymptomatically colonize mucosal surfaces, such as the tissues that line the inside of the nose, and are important causes of hospital and community-acquired bacterial infections.
