Title: HPV 16/18 serum antibody distribution of rural women in China
Project Objectives: To find out the antibody titer among rural Chinese women who were never be vaccinated, to evaluate the natural immunity of HPV 16/18 in this cohort. To get more evidence for the immunology study, we could compare the titer variation among different HPV infection groups, which is the second goal. The last one is to find out a detection method to detect HPV 16/18 antibody and to evaluate its applicability.
