Title: Social Entrepreneurship for Sexual Health (SESH) and HIV Testing in China

Project Objectives:  We propose to investigate this community-based model as a novel implementation scheme for HIV self-testing. No prior studies have explored the Social Entrepreneurship for Sexual Health (SESH) model as an organizational framework to support self-testing, and the results of this research are expected to inform knowledge gaps in sexual health service delivery.

Hypothesis: Online self-testers who use the community-based model will be more satisfied with self-testing compared to those who do not.

Aim 1: Define the components and determinants of satisfaction with self-testing, comparing between online self-testers who use the community-based model and those who do not.

Hypothesis: Online self-testers who use the community-based model will have better linkage to care rates compared to those who do not.

Aim 2: Determine whether the community-based model improves linkage to care, comparing between online self-testers who use the community-based model and those who do not.
