To assess the feasibility of lung ultrasound as a point-of-care diagnostic for pneumonia in children in resource-poor settings. To characterize the pneumonia misclassification rate of the current World Health Organization algorithm vis-à-vis lung ultrasound in resource-poor settings and at a first-line facility level.
