Title: HIV viral suppression in pregnant women on Option B+ for PMTCT
Project Objectives:
Aim 1: To determine the rate of viral suppression at the time of labor and delivery among pregnant women who have defaulted from ART care but return for subsequent pregnancy management, and newly HIV diagnosed pregnant women on standard first-line ART with TDF/3TC/EFV.
Aim 2: To explore the effect of time of ART initiation on viral suppression at the time of labor and delivery among pregnant women who have defaulted from ART care but return for subsequent pregnancy management, or newly HIV diagnosed pregnant women on standard first-line ART with TDF/3TC/EFV.
