Title: “Barriers to Essential Breast Cancer Treatment Components in Malawi”

Program Objectives:

Aim 1: Identify patient and provider barriers to curative-intent chemotherapy for breast cancer in Malawi, and examine differences based on HIV status.

Aim 2: Identify patient and provider barriers to curative-intent surgery for breast cancer in Malawi, and examine differences based on HIV status.

Aim 3: Identify patient and provider barriers to endocrine therapy (ET) initiation for hormone receptor-positive breast cancer in Malawi, and examine differences based on HIV status.
