Title: “Patterns and Outcomes of Transfer of Patients on Antiretroviral Therapy within Primary Care Services”
Program Objectives:
Aim 1: To describe and characterize the transfer of HIV-positive adults on ART between primary care facilities across the Western Cape Province (WCP) of South Africa
Aim 2: To assess and compare long-term outcomes, including retention in care and viral suppression, in HIV-positive adults started on ART at the Gugulethu Community Health Centre (CHC) from 2014-2018 who remain in care at the facility, officially transfer out and silently transfer out.
