Title: “Pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables along the food supply and consumption chain and associated human health risks in Kampala, Uganda”
Aim 1: To determine levels of pesticide residues in and on fruits and vegetables at farms, markets and restaurants in central Uganda.
Aim 2: To establish whether pesticide residue levels in and on fruits and vegetables at farms, markets and restaurant in central Uganda exceed maximum residual levels (MRL) and pose unacceptable human health risks.
